When I’ll have my own place I would like it to be empty, if it comes furbished I will replace the furniture for streamline pieces, strip out any superfluity, tear off patterned wall paper, paint the place in a Pantone Bright white 11-0601 TCX and mount Pastoe vertical shelving. Yes, almost like a mental asylum as I like space. Clarity at home means clarity in my mind. Emptiness can become interesting with such lighting fixtures, whether it is placed on a wall, on the floor or suspended from the ceiling, the light becomes the mere decorative and functional object of the room; I would like that.
